成立于1996年7月，注册资本1800万人民币，总部设在中国北京。2000年2月，我公司接管了德国大众中国区保税库，经德国大众严格的资格审查，经德国大众董事局的正式批准，我公司成为德国大众奥迪原装车正厂零部件中国区进口商，从而成为继上海大众集团公司，一汽大众集团公司之后，中国区拥有可以向德国大众KASSEL中心库进行大众奥迪原装零部件采购资格的第三家公司，是德国大众、奥迪强大的全球售后服务体系的组成部分。2002年6月，我司又一次经德
